All items are posted via Australia Post, there is a flat fee of $7.00 for standard post around Australia, and $11.00 for a 3kg express bag and $16 for a 5kg express bag. To ensure you are eligable for Next Business Day express post please see the Australia Post webiste: http://www.auspost.com.au/BCP/0,1467,CH2433%257EMO19,00.html to ensure your postcode is there.
For items over $150.00 we can quote a postage fee if the items are to large to fit in the nominated postage bag.
Return Policy
We will gladly exchange or refund if the shoes are not the correct size or style you were after, as long as the shoes have not been worn, and are still in origional box undamaged and is within 30 days of purchase. If you are wanting an exchange there is a $5.00 repostage fee or you can supply a pre paid postal bag.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, if your items are not in stock an email will be sent advising you of the date they will be available. All items are posted out of Brisbane, and can take anywhere between 2-5 working days to reach the desired destination.
