Dance Store postage policy
Dance Store offers Standard and Priority Shipping to any address in Australia.
$14 – 3kg Express Bag
$20 – 5kg Express Bag
- If you enter the incorrect address, a redelivery fee will apply.
- Business addresses require a business name to be stated.
- Customers will be provided with tracking information once your parcel has been shipped.
- Star Track is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses and therefore all PO Box addresses provided shall be served using Australia Post eParcel or Fastway.
- Dance Store will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delayed shipment.
- Delivery times specified are estimates only. Delivery to rural addresses may take longer and once shipped Dance Store is not liable for any delays
- If you select an ATL (Authority to Leave) for shipments, then the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing packages left by the courier.
- ATL (Authority to Leave) will be specified on all Star Track parcels. By selecting Star Track as your preferred shipping method the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing packages left by the courier.
- Once order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking details.
*Dream Duffel Bags (These are not included in the $10 Flat rate shipping or Free Shipping)
- All Dream Duffel bags are shipped with Star Track Express via Road Freight.
- All parcels have an Authority to leave
- Prices are calculated upon checkout once you have selected the desired size bag and the suburb.

International shipping is offered on all of our products, please choose the International shipping option and we will email you with a postage quote.

Free shipping is only for orders over $100.00 not including Dream Duffel bags, Pro Dance Disc, Ballet Barres or any larger items, if it will not fit into a 5KG satchel it will not be included in the free shipping.
We endever to get your orders out as soon as possible but please allow up to 2-3 working days for your order to be discpatched.
Orders placed by Friday 20th December for Christmas delivery, must order express post and be in the star track catchment for overnight express. We will dispatch your items but have no control over the courier company once it leaves our warehouse.
