We know you love your latest Dance Store purchase however sometimes items need to be returned. 

Where products are proved to be faulty (not applicable if damaged in transit) Dance Store is happy to exchange that item for the same product or give a full refund.

 All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is found to be faulty. These costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit. 

The following minimum charges apply for return postage - 

QLD - $9                  NSW - $10               VIC & TAS - $12                  SA - $13                      WA - $15

 

  • Please note that due to health regulations we cannot accept returns on hosiery or any undergarments - including but not limited to body stockings, bras and underwear.
  • Not included are non-returnable items and items on Clearance, Sale or goods damaged in transit.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges, please place a new order for your items and return the original for a refund. 
  • You can choose from Store Credit or Refund to original payment method. Refunds will incur a 15% restocking fee. 

  Returns will only be accepted if:

  • Full price items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • The product is found to be faulty
  • The incorrect size has been ordered
  • The item/s must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging - Dance Store postage bags not included.
  • The Delivery Slip/Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase

 Please Note: We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

To ensure a smooth return process, please note that stockings and tights can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original packaging. If these requirements are not met, the return will be rejected, and the items will be sent back to you at your own cost. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

 If you need to cancel your order please contact us by phone or email. We will provide you with a refund within 10 business days.

Please note the order cannot be cancelled if it has already been dispatched. You will have to apply for a refund once you receive the order.
